📖 Overview
BSR (the company in charge of cleaning Berlin) wanted to create an eye-catching exhibit for a B2B fair, to show its modernity and efficiency. We were tasked with creating a digital experience for this purpose. We decided to create a project in Augmented Reality, showing low poly 3D models based on the look & feel of paper models.
👩🎨 My role
My task was to create the User Interface for this project and decide what the 3D scene should look like (making sure they inform users how BSR uses green energy and recycles efficiently…). Along with the UX and UI of the project, I made the design for the 3D scene, and concepts for the animations, working together with a 3D artist to implement them.
🔥 Challenges
The most difficult part of this project was to simplify the information that BSR wanted us to display (concepts like the biomass getting processed in their factory and transformed into fuel for their vehicles) and make sure that I would have a clear concept that I could communicate properly to the 3D Artist in charge of creating the scene. This was also challenging timing-wise since I wanted to make sure he would always have enough information about the concept to have something to work on, even though I was busy with other projects in parallel.
